RatedBooking is operated by Asgarbyte Limited. RatedBooking is a B2B booking platform and marketplace technology service for independent service providers. These terms explain how visitors, customers, providers, provider staff, and administrators may use the platform.
1. What RatedBooking Provides
RatedBooking provides software for provider profiles, service listings, availability, booking requests, direct booking links, QR codes, reminders, customer accounts, provider dashboards, verified reviews, and related marketplace discovery features.
Asgarbyte Limited does not itself provide cleaning, beauty, hair, repair, consulting, home, fitness, pet care, car detailing, massage, or other local services listed by providers. Providers are independent businesses responsible for the services they advertise and deliver.
2. Country Markets
RatedBooking uses separate country markets. The .com website is a country picker. Country domains such as ratedbooking.lt and ratedbooking.se are locked to their own country and list providers from that country only. Changing language does not change the country market.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts where required to protect users, providers, the platform, or legal compliance.
4. Provider Terms
Providers are responsible for company information, service descriptions, prices, availability, staff access, booking rules, cancellation handling, customer communication, service delivery, invoices, local tax, professional permissions, insurance, and compliance with laws that apply to their business and country.
Providers must not list unlawful, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, or unavailable services. Providers must honour confirmed bookings unless cancellation is necessary and communicated clearly to the customer.
5. Customer Bookings
Customers can search providers, choose services, select available slots, create bookings, manage bookings, and leave reviews after a completed platform booking. A booking creates an arrangement between the customer and the provider. Provider-specific cancellation, refund, lateness, and service rules may apply.
6. Reviews
Reviews are available only after a booking has been created and completed through RatedBooking. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and lawful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, or unrelated to a completed booking.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
RatedBooking may offer free launch access, paid provider subscriptions, Stripe checkout, or other payment features. Provider subscription prices may differ by country and currency. Where payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider under that provider's own terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate others, create fake bookings or reviews, or use RatedBooking in a way that harms customers, providers, Asgarbyte Limited, or the platform.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, suspend, remove, or change features where needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product development.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asgarbyte Limited is not responsible for provider service quality, provider no-shows, customer no-shows, local service disputes, indirect losses, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users or providers.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Providers must also handle customer data they receive through RatedBooking lawfully and securely.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local consumer or data protection laws in a user's country provide rights that cannot be overridden.
